4:30pm- Arrive. Settle in. Set up. Chill out.

6:30pm- Dinner

8:00pm- Opening circle

8:45pm- Session 1: Creative Journal making with Amanda Scott

9:30 pm-Begin noble silence.

10:00pm- Lights out

 

SATURDAY- FLOW OF MOVEMENT

7:00AM- Movement practice: Tuning into breath and body.

8:30am Breakfast

(Noble silence continues until 10am)

10:00am- Women’s Circle

Session 2: Creative Journal Making with Amanda Scott

11:30am- Tea Break

12:00pm- Women’s Circle

1:00pm- Lunch

2:00pm- Personal time 

3:00pm-Conscious Dance 

4:15pm- Tea break

4:30pm- Circle- Check in, reflection. Close circle and day.

6:00pm- Personal time

7:00pm Dinner

8:00pm Fire. Singing circle with Reika Jane Sroyphet.

10:00pm- Noble Silence

10:30pm- Lights out

 

SUNDAY- FLOW OF MOVEMENT

7:00am- Movement practice: Tuning into breath and body.

8:30am Breakfast

10:00am- Women’s Circle: Self care, support and boundaries.

11:30am- Integration

12:30pm- Lunch

1:15pm-  Closing circle

3:00pm- Afternoon teas and laughs

4:00pm- Pack up

This fully catered, intimate women's retreat is held in the beautiful

Yarra Ranges at Riverdale Retreat.

The organic, vegetarian, gluten free, soul food is created

by the delicious Emily Bell with love and intention.

Meals to nourish your taste buds and your belly.

Created and co-facilitated by Kellie Curtis with the

intention of providing a safe and confidential space for women to connect, share, create, move, laugh, cry, enjoy and relax.

You will spend time in silence, in circle, creating and

there is enough free personal time as well.

 You have the opportunity to create your own journal with the guidance of our the highly acclaimed art therapist

Amanda Scott. 

Your journal become your precious companion over the

weekend and time thereafter, an experienced cherished by all. 

We will move, we will share, we will learn 

and journey together.

The intention is to come out the other side rested, nourished, connected with some new tools

for feeling more available to loving yourself.

Amanda Scott is a Melbourne based Creative Arts Therapist, Facilitator and Youth Worker. With 12 years facilitation experience, Amanda is passionate about creativity for wellbeing, self-discovery & connection, focusing on transforming challenge into awakening.
